BHCPDII
PDII began operations on July 24, 2025 as a new production plant for BANDAI SPIRITS. It aims to be a plant loved by local residents, employees, and fans, based on the theme of being a “captivating factory.”
The plant is eco-friendly thanks to its use of the latest energy conservation and generation equipment and it reduces necessary labor and realizes automation by implementing the latest production equipment.
We have realized an environment where plant employees (plastic model designers) can work with pride and fondness.
From Shizuoka to the world. PDII continues to deliver the appeal of making things and the joy of plastic models to the world.

Concept
This new plant is located right next to our museum. Here, fans can see, learn about, and experience the process behind BANDAI SPIRITS’ evolution of and attempt at plastic models by becoming plastic model designers themselves, so that they can feel these attempts and realize a new side to plastic models.
We hope to be a museum that provides visitors a chance to become even more familiar with plastic models and to enjoy plastic models more than they ever have before.
