Advance Tickets

Advance tickets for two months ahead go on sale daily at midnight (12:00 a.m.).
Sales close at 11:59 p.m. on the day before your visit.
A free Webket account is required to purchase tickets.

  • *The ticket sales start time is subject to change.
  • *Ticket sales may be suspended on certain dates depending on availability.

Same-day tickets are available for purchase from 12:00 a.m. on the day of your visit.

  • *Ticket sales may be suspended on certain dates or during certain time periods depending on availability.
  • *Please note that same-day tickets cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

Advance tickets can be canceled or rescheduled until 11:59 p.m. on the day before your visit. Please complete the necessary procedures via “My Page.”

  • *Tickets cannot be canceled or rescheduled for only the ticket purchaser or only the accompanying guest.
  • *Accompanying guests must be accompanied by the ticket purchaser to enter the museum.
  • *If the ticket purchaser cannot attend, please cancel the purchased tickets and purchase new ones.

Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and VIEW Card) are accepted as a payment method.

Day of Your Visit

After payment is complete, a 2D code will be issued for your ticket. Please present it using one of the following methods:

  • The purchase confirmation email sent after you complete the payment process
  • The 2D code generated from your purchase history on “My Page”
  • A screenshot or printed copy of the 2D code screen showing codes for all attendees.

Entry

Please enter the museum during the admission time indicated on your ticket.
All members of your group must arrive together during the designated admission time and complete the check-in process.

  • *There is no waiting area around the facility where you can wait until your admission time. Please arrive according to your designated admission time.
  • *If you arrive late, you may not be able to participate in the museum experience.
  • *The museum may temporarily close due to system errors, natural disasters, or other circumstances. Please check the “NEWS” before your visit.

01 Show your 2D Code and Identification

On the day of your visit, you must display your 2D code on your smartphone or tablet, and show your ID. If we cannot confirm your identity you may be refused entry.

  • *Tickets can be used by the purchaser him / herself and those accompanying who are registered in advance. Those accompanying the ticket purchaser must be accompanied by the ticket purchaser him / herself to be allowed entry.

  • Health Insurance Cards
  • Pension Handbook
  • Student ID (With face picture)
  • *If you do not have documents confirming your identity or if your registered information differs from your ID, you may be refused entry.
  • *If we cannot confirm your identity, we cannot refund your ticket fees.

02 Getting Your Designer ID

Your DESIGNER ID is an ID card that you need to take the Plastic Model Designer Test.
You need it in the museum, so take care not to lose it.
