Tickets will be sold by lottery.
The lottery will be held once a month, and registration will begin at midnight on the first day of each month, three months prior to the event date.
The deadline for lottery registration is 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each month.
You can select up to three choices.
Premium Bandai membership (free) is required to apply for the lottery and purchase tickets.

  • *Cancellations after the lottery application period has ended and cancellations after winning the lottery are not permitted. If you wish to cancel your application, please do so during the lottery application period via your My Page.
  • *Applications are limited to residents of Japan.
  • *If you cancel your Premium Bandai membership between the time of ticket application and notification of winning, you will be excluded from the lottery.
  • *Members who are subject to transaction restrictions or have had their transactions suspended on Premium Bandai will not be eligible to win the lottery, even if they apply. They also cannot purchase tickets through the first-come, first-served sales.
  • *The start date and time of the lottery application period may be subject to change.

Visits 2 Months
in Advance

Those who applied will be informed of the lottery results in the early part of the month after your application (2 months before the visit). The notice will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
The day of your visit will be one date from the 3 desired dates you indicated. You cannot change this date after being selected.
There may be differences in e-mail delivery time depending on the visitor.
Results can be confirmed on your My Page.

  • *To confirm results on your My Page, you must log in to the Premium Bandai member account you used for your purchase.
  • *You will be notified of the results by e-mail. Be sure to permit e-mails from @p-bandai.jp in advance.
  • *We cannot answer inquiries regarding lottery results.
  • *After you are selected, the receipt of your order will be automatically confirmed. Check your My Page for details on the amount you must pay.
  • *The rights of lottery selection belong to the applicant him / herself. These rights cannot be transferred to third parties.
  • *Information on those accompanying you cannot be changed when the lottery period ends or after it has been confirmed you have been selected. If there are errors in the information you registered, you may be refused entry.

If there are any available slots after the lottery ends, tickets will be available for purchase on a first come first served basis from 0:00 on the day following the lottery results announcement. You can confirm if first come first served tickets are available from the Ticket Application page. Tickets are sold for visits up to 2 months in advance. First come first served tickets are available for purchase up to 1 week in advance of your visit.

  • *Each member who applies can purchase 1 ticket per month. If you were selected for the lottery ticket sales, you cannot purchase a first come first served ticket for the same month.

Payment methods differ for purchases through the lottery and first come first served purchases.

Day of Your Visit

Tickets are 2D codes.
They will be displayed on your Premium Bandai “My Page” from 0:00 on the day of your visit.
On the day of your visit, please confirm your ticket on the Display 2D Code section under Ticket in your My Page.

  • *2D codes can only be displayed on smartphones or tablets.
  • *You cannot enter with 2D codes that are screenshotted or copied.

Entry

  • *There are no areas around the museum for visitors to wait until their entry time. Please come to the museum in accordance with your entry time.
  • *Please try to come to the museum 10 minutes before your reserved time. If you are late for your entry time, you may not be allowed to participate in the experience events.

01 Show your 2D Code and Identification

On the day of your visit, you must display your 2D code on your smartphone or tablet, and show your ID. If we cannot confirm your identity you may be refused entry.

  • *Tickets can be used by the purchaser him / herself and those accompanying who are registered in advance. Those accompanying the ticket purchaser must be accompanied by the ticket purchaser him / herself to be allowed entry.

  • *If you do not have documents confirming your identity or if your registered information differs from your ID, you may be refused entry.
  • *If we cannot confirm your identity, we cannot refund your ticket fees.

02 Getting Your Designer ID

Your DESIGNER ID is an ID card that you need to take the Plastic Model Designer Test.
You need it in the museum, so take care not to lose it.
