Lottery Application / Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold through a lottery system. Lotteries are held every month. On 0:00 on the first of every month, reception begins for visits 3 months in advance.
Lottery deadlines are on the last day of every month at 23:59.
You can choose up to 3 desired dates.
Premium Bandai membership registration (free) is required for lottery application and ticket purchase.
When applying for multiple tickets you must input the full names of the people accompanying you (which is the same as that listed on their ID documents) and their dates of birth.

- *You can cancel your application during the lottery application period. Please go to your My Page if you wish to cancel your application.
- *Applications are limited to those who reside in Japan.
- *Those who have withdrawn their Premium Bandai membership from ticket application to contact notifying them of being selected will no longer be eligible for the lottery.
- *Members who have restrictions on their Premium Bandai transactions or who have had transactions suspended are not eligible to be selected even if they apply for the lottery. They are also not eligible for first come first served sales.
- *Lottery start dates may be subject to change.
Visits 2 Months

Lottery Results Announcement
(Early Every Month)
Those who applied will be informed of the lottery results in the early part of the month after your application (2 months before the visit).
The day of your visit will be chosen from among the 3 date preferences you indicated.
You cannot change your visit date or information on those accompanying you after you win the lottery.
You may be refused entry if there are errors in the information you provided.
There may be differences in e-mail delivery time depending on the visitor.
Results can be confirmed on your My Page.
- *To confirm results on your My Page, you must log in to the Premium Bandai member account you used for your purchase.
- *You will be notified of the results by e-mail. Be sure to permit e-mails from @p-bandai.jp in advance.
- *We cannot answer inquiries regarding lottery results.
- *After you are selected, the receipt of your order will be automatically confirmed. Check your My Page for details on the amount you must pay.
- *The rights of lottery selection belong to the applicant him / herself. These rights cannot be transferred to third parties.
First Come First Served Ticket Sales
If there are any available slots after the lottery ends, tickets will be available for purchase on a first come first served basis from 0:00 on the day following the lottery results announcement. You can confirm if first come first served tickets are available from the Ticket Application page. First come first served tickets are available for purchase up to 7days in advance of your visit.
- *Each member who applies can purchase 1 ticket per month. If you were selected for the lottery ticket sales, you cannot purchase a first come first served ticket for the same month.
Ticket Cancellations
For lottery sales and first come first served sales, you can cancel 14 days before your visit.
To cancel, please go to your My Page.
- Reservations can not be cancelled for only one person in the group – such as the purchaser only or accompanying person only.
- Please contact Premium Bandai for details on ticket refunds.
- *Cancelled reservations will become available as open slots for other visitors to purchase.
Such information may take time to be reflected on the website, and we cannot answer inquires on how long it will take for this information to be updated. - *Cancellations and refunds are not possible after the cancellation period.

Payment methods differ for purchases through the lottery and first come first served purchases.

- *Premium points cannot be used.
Day of Your Visit
Confirm with 2D Code

Tickets are 2D codes.
They will be displayed on your Premium Bandai “My Page” from 0:00 on the day of your visit.
On the day of your visit, please confirm your ticket on the Display 2D Code section under Ticket in your My Page.
- *2D codes can only be displayed on smartphones or tablets.
- *You cannot enter with 2D codes that are screenshotted or copied.
Entry
BHCPDII MUSEUM Entry
The experience will start at the entry time listed on your ticket.
Please arrive in your group 10 minutes before the scheduled start time and go through reception.
- *There is no space near the museum to wait until your entry. Please keep the above instructions in mind when you visit.
- *You may be refused participation in the experience if you arrive past the scheduled entry time.
- *The museum may temporarily close due to system errors, natural disasters or other situations.
We will contact you by email only if the museum temporarily closes.
01 Show your 2D Code and Identification
On the day of your visit, you must display your 2D code on your smartphone or tablet, and show your ID. If we cannot confirm your identity you may be refused entry.
- *Tickets can be used by the purchaser him / herself and those accompanying who are registered in advance. Those accompanying the ticket purchaser must be accompanied by the ticket purchaser him / herself to be allowed entry.
Documents that can be used as ID
- My Number Card
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Residence Card (Zairyu Card)
- Health Insurance Cards
- Pension Handbook
- Student ID (With face picture)
- *If you do not have documents confirming your identity or if your registered information differs from your ID, you may be refused entry.
- *If we cannot confirm your identity, we cannot refund your ticket fees.
02 Getting Your Designer ID

Your DESIGNER ID is an ID card that you need to take the Plastic Model Designer Test.
You need it in the museum, so take care not to lose it.
