Apply for Ticket Lottery
Tickets will be sold by lottery. Lotteries will be held monthly, with registration beginning at 12:00 on the first day of each month, three months prior to your visit.
The deadline for lottery registration is 23:59 on the last day of each month.
Premium Bandai membership (free to create) is needed for lottery applications and purchases.

- *Please note that cancellations cannot be made after the lottery entry period ends or after a successful selection. If you wish to cancel your application, please do so from your My Page during the lottery entry period.
- *Applications are limited to residents of Japan only.
- *Applicants who cancel their Premium Bandai membership between the time of ticket application and notification of lottery results will not be eligible for selection.
- *The start date and time of the lottery is subject to change.
About First-Come First-Served Sales After Lottery Ends
If any slots become available after the lottery period ends, tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the 'Tickets' page for information on first-come sales. Tickets are available for dates up to two months in advance.
- *For first-come, first-served tickets, no cancellations or changes of accompanying persons' information will be accepted after the purchase is confirmed.

Check lottery results
Only the winners will be notified to their registered e-mail address at the beginning of the month following their lottery application (two months prior to their visit).
The date of your visit will be one of the dates from your first to third choices you have applied for. Once selected, the date and time cannot be changed.
The time you will receive the e-mail varies from customer to customer and may be late.
You can also check the result on “My Page”.
- *You must be logged in as a Premium Bandai member at the time of purchase to check your My Page.
- *Results will be notified by e-mail. Please make sure that you have permission to receive e-mail from “@p-bandai.jp” in advance.
- *We will not be able to answer any inquiries regarding the results of the contest.
- *Order acceptance will be automatically confirmed and reflected after winning. Please check the details such as the invoice amount from My Page.
- *Winning rights are the sole property of the entrant and cannot be transferred to a third party.
- *The information of the accompanying person cannot be changed after the lottery registration period has ended or after the winning entry has been confirmed. Entry may be denied if there is any error in the registered information.

Confirm with 2D Code

"Tickets are 2D Codes.
Tickets will be available on your Premium Bandai ""My Page"" from 12:00 AM on the day of your visit.
On the day of your visit, please go to the 'Tickets' section in My Page and select 'Display 2D Codes' to access your ticket.""
- *Please note that the 2D codes can only be displayed on a smartphone or tablet devices.
- *Copying or screenshot of the 2D code screen will not be accepted.
Entry
Entering the BHCPDII MUSEUM
- *There are no spaces around the museum for you to wait before entering time. Please time your visit in accordance with your museum entrance time.
- *Please try to come to the museum 10 minutes before your reserved time. Late arrivals may be denied entry to the experience.
01 Show your 2D Code and Identification
When entering the museum on the day of your visit, please show your 2D code on smartphones or tablet devices and identification to reception staff. Entry may be refused to those whose identity we cannot confirm.
- *Tickets are valid for use by the purchaser and any accompanying persons who have been registered in advance. Accompanying guests must be escorted by the ticket purchaser at the time of entry.

- My Number card
- Driver's license
- Passport
- Residence Card / Zairyu Card (for foreign residents)
- Various types of health insurance cards
- Pension handbook
- Student ID (with photo)
- *If you do not have a valid form of identification, or if the information on your ID does not match the registration details, you may be denied entry.
- *Please note that we are unable to offer refunds if identity verification cannot be completed.
02 Receiving Designer IDs

Designer ID is required in the museum, so please hold on to it carefully.
