Lottery Application & Purchase
Tickets will be sold by lottery.
The lottery will be held once a month, and registration will begin at midnight on the first day of each month, three months prior to the event date.
The deadline for lottery registration is 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each month.
You can select up to three choices.
Premium Bandai membership (free) is required to apply for the lottery and purchase tickets.

- *Cancellations after the lottery application period has ended and cancellations after winning the lottery are not permitted. If you wish to cancel your application, please do so during the lottery application period via your My Page.
- *Applications are limited to residents of Japan.
- *If you cancel your Premium Bandai membership between the time of ticket application and notification of winning, you will be excluded from the lottery.
- *Members who are subject to transaction restrictions or have had their transactions suspended on Premium Bandai will not be eligible to win the lottery, even if they apply. They also cannot purchase tickets through the first-come, first-served sales.
- *The start date and time of the lottery application period may be subject to change.
Two months
before your visit
Announcement of lottery results
(Scheduled for the beginning of each month)
Applicants will be notified of the lottery results to their registered e-mail address at the beginning of the month following their application (two months prior to their visit).
The date of your visit will be one of your first to third choices. The date and time cannot be changed after winning the lottery.
The time you receive the e-mail may vary from customer to customer.
You can also check the result on “My Page”.
- *You must be logged in as a Premium Bandai member at the time of purchase to check your My Page.
- *Results will be notified by e-mail. Please make sure that you have permission to receive e-mail from “@p-bandai.jp” in advance.
- *We will not be able to answer any inquiries regarding the results of the contest.
- *Order acceptance will be automatically confirmed and reflected after winning. Please check the details such as the invoice amount from My Page.
- *Winning rights are the sole property of the entrant and cannot be transferred to a third party.
- *The information of the accompanying person cannot be changed after the lottery registration period has ended or after the winning entry has been confirmed. Entry may be denied if there is any error in the registered information.
About First-Come First-Served Sales After Lottery Ends
If there are any remaining seats after the lottery, tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from midnight on the day after the lottery results are announced. Please check the “Ticket Application Page” for details on the first-come, first-served sales. Tickets are available for purchase up to two months before the event. First-come, first-served sales are available for tickets up to one week before the event.
- *Each member can purchase only one ticket per month. If you win the lottery, you cannot purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis for the same month.

Day of Your Visit
Confirm with 2D Code

"Tickets are 2D Codes.
Tickets will be available on your Premium Bandai "My Page" from 12:00 AM on the day of your visit.
On the day of your visit, please go to the 'Tickets' section in My Page and select 'Display 2D Codes' to access your ticket.""
- *Please note that the 2D codes can only be displayed on a smartphone or tablet devices.
- *Copying or screenshot of the 2D code screen will not be accepted.
Entry
Entering the BHCPDII MUSEUM
- *There are no spaces around the museum for you to wait before entering time. Please time your visit in accordance with your museum entrance time.
- *Please try to come to the museum 10 minutes before your reserved time. Late arrivals may be denied entry to the experience.
01 Show your 2D Code and Identification
When entering the museum on the day of your visit, please show your 2D code on smartphones or tablet devices and identification to reception staff. Entry may be refused to those whose identity we cannot confirm.
- *Tickets are valid for use by the purchaser and any accompanying persons who have been registered in advance. Accompanying guests must be escorted by the ticket purchaser at the time of entry.
Documents that can be used as ID
- My Number card
- Driver's license
- Passport
- Residence Card / Zairyu Card (for foreign residents)
- Various types of health insurance cards
- Pension handbook
- Student ID (with photo)
- *If you do not have a valid form of identification, or if the information on your ID does not match the registration details, you may be denied entry.
- *Please note that we are unable to offer refunds if identity verification cannot be completed.
02 Receiving DESIGNER ID

The "DESIGNER ID" is an ID card required to take the Plastic Model Designer Test.
You will need it inside the facility, so please keep it safe and do not lose it.
