- Coin Lockers

- There are free coin lockers on the side of the security office located under the stairs (Runner Wall). Please use them as necessary. A 100 yen coin is required when using them, but this is given back to you when you are done using the locker.
- There are limits on the amount of baggage that can be left, so pleas come with as little baggage as possible.
- Usage is limited to the day of your visit. After the museum is closed, left over baggage is collected and treated as lost items.

About Museum Facilities
- Elevators can be used to move around the museum.
- There are 2 multi-purpose bathrooms in the museum.
- People in wheelchairs can visit the museum.
- In accordance with the Act on Assistance Dogs for Persons with Physical Disabilities, service dogs, hearing dogs, and seeing-eye dogs can enter the museum. However, you must bring an authorization certificate (user certificate) to show the museum in accordance with the law.
- If you need any other form of support, please feel free to inquire with our staff.

- For guardians of pre-school aged children

- Visitors with baby carriages should please use the baby carriage storage area located near the museum entrance. The museum does not rent out baby carriages.
- Moving around the museum is done through stairs, so in principle the use of baby carriages is prohibited.
- There is a multi-purpose bathroom that can be used by visitors with children. It also has a crib (diaper changing station).

About Ticket Fees
Pre-school aged children (5 years or younger) can enter the museum for free.
- *Pre-school aged children (5 years or younger) and children (6 years - 12 years of age) must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years or older. When purchasing tickets, you must purchase at least one ticket for adults (13 years or older) along with the other tickets.
- *Up to two pre-school aged children (5 years or younger) can accompany one adult aged 18 years or older.

Using Experience Exhibits
Designer IDs are not issued for pre-school aged children (5 years or younger).
To participate in the experiences, pre-school aged children (5 years or younger) need the support of a guardian with a ticket for an 18 years or older visitor.
This museum hands souvenirs to adults (13 years or younger) and children (6 years - 12 years). So groups with pre-school aged children (5 years or younger) and guardians 18 years or older will receive 1 souvenir.
For pre-school aged children (5 years or younger) there are some experiences that are not sufficient for children who are short in height. This differs depending on the experience exhibit, so please inquire with staff.
