  • *Pre-school aged children (5 years or younger) and children (6 years – 12 years) must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years of age or older. When purchasing tickets, you must purchase one or more adult tickets (13 years or older).
  • *Up to two pre-school aged children (5 years or younger) can accompany one adult aged 18 years or older.

01 About how to use tickets

  • Only customers who are able to create a Premium Bandai account can make reservations.
  • Resale or transfer of tickets to others is strictly prohibited.

02 Eating and Drinking

  • Meals are not allowed in the facility in principle.
  • However, you are allowed to bring your own drinks in plastic bottles or water bottles.
    ※Alcoholic beverages are excluded.

03 Photography

  • Photography itself is allowed, but flash photography and photography in areas marked “no photography” are prohibited.
  • Please refrain from taking photographs for commercial purposes.
  • Please refrain from using selfie sticks.
  • Please take photos in a manner that does not include the faces of visitors or employees.
  • Please do not bring monopods, tripods, or other photographic equipment into the facility.
  • Please do not take photos in a manner that is offensive to public order and morals.

04 About items to be brought

  • Hazardous materials and fire are prohibited.
  • Please use the coin lockers at the facility for large items, including carry-on cases.

05 about admission

  • Please refrain from bringing pets into the venue. Assistance dogs, hearing dogs, and guide dogs for the blind as stipulated in the Assistance Dogs for the Physically Disabled Act are allowed to enter the venue, but they must wear the legally required markings and bring their certification (user's card) with them.
  • Please do not enter the venue while under the influence of alcohol.

06 Found property

  • As a rule, items found in the facility will be submitted to the police within one week.
  • Found items whose owners cannot be identified may be disposed of within 2 to 3 months.

  • No smoking is allowed in the facility. Please note that there is no smoking area.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables or luggage in the facility.
  • Please be careful not to deface or damage exhibits or decorations.
  • Please refrain from any activities that may cause inconvenience to other visitors or residents in the neighborhood, or that may interfere with the operation of the exhibition.
  • Please refrain from commercial activities, postings, handouts, photo sessions, gatherings, speeches, events, and performances that are not permitted by our company.
  • The following acts are strictly prohibited at our facilities.
    Activities that promote specific politics, religion, ideology, or beliefs, dangerous activities such as running in the facility, exclusive use of aisles or common spaces, or other activities deemed to be in violation of the Terms of Use
  • This facility assumes no responsibility for theft or problems between guests in the facility.
