- *Preschool-aged visitors (5 years of age or younger) and young children (6 years to 12 years of age) must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years of age or older. When purchasing tickets, you must purchase 1 or more tickets for adults (13 years of age or older).
- *One adult who is aged 18 years or older can accompany up to 2 preschool-aged visitors (5 years of age or younger).

- Sundays, Mondays, National Holidays, End of Year and New Year Period, Other designated company holidays
- *The museum may be sometimes temporarily closed due to the occurrence of natural disasters. Visitors who are affected by the temporary closures will be contacted by e-mail.
Keep the Following in Mind During Your Visit
01 How to Use Tickets
- Tickets can be reserved only by visitors who can create a Bandai Premium Account.
- It is strictly forbidden to resell tickets or transfer them to other people.
02 Eating and Drinking
- In principle, eating and drinking in the museum are forbidden.
- Drinks in PET bottles or water bottles can be brought into the museum.

03 Photography
- Photography itself is permitted, but flash photography and photography in areas marked ""No photography"" are prohibited. Even in areas where filming is permitted, please refrain from filming live broadcasts or filming that may disturb other visitors.
- Do not take photographs for commercial purposes.
- Do not use selfie sticks.
- Please take pictures that do not include the faces of visitors or staff.
- Do not bring photography equipment such as monopods or tripods into the museum.
- Please keep public order and morality in mind when taking photographs.
04 Bringing Items
- Do not bring dangerous or flammable items into the museum.
- Use the coin lockers in the museum for large luggage, including carry cases.
05 Entering the Museum
- Please do not bring pets into the museum. In accordance with the Act on Assistance Dogs for Physically Disabled Persons, guide dogs, hearing dogs, and support dogs can enter the museum. However, you must bring your certification (user ID) with the legally required label.
- Do not enter the museum while under the influence of alcohol.
06 Found Items
- In principle, items found in the museum are handed over to the police within 1 week.
- Found items for which we cannot confirm the owner may disposed of within 2 to 3 months.
07 Museum Rules
- The museum is non-smoking. Please note that there are no areas for visitors to smoke.
- The museum takes no responsibility whatsoever for valuables or luggage lost or stolen in the museum.
- Please take care not to deface or damage displayed items or decorations.
- Please do not engage in actions that bother other visitors or local residents, or that impede museum operations.
- Please refrain from profit making activities, notices, handing out items, photography sessions, gatherings, speeches, events and performances - all of which are not permitted by the museum.
- The following actions are strictly prohibited in the museum.
- Actions that promote specific politics, religions, ideologies, or faiths, dangerous actions such as running around the museum, exclusive use of aisles or shared spaces, and other actions deemed to violate the Terms of Use
- The museum takes no responsibility whatsoever for theft or problems between customers that may occur in the museum.
