- *Pre-school aged children (5 years or younger) and children (6 years – 12 years) must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years of age or older. When purchasing tickets, you must purchase one or more adult tickets (13 years or older).
- *Up to two pre-school aged children (5 years or younger) can accompany one adult aged 18 years or older.

- Sundays, Mondays, National Holidays, End of Year and New Year Period, Other designated company holidays
- *The museum may temporarily close due to bad weather, natural disasters, and facility inspections. In such cases, visitors will be notified by e-mail. Notices will also be posted on your ticket page and on this website.
Keep the Following in Mind During Your Visit
01 Using illegally obtained tickets is prohibited
- It is strictly forbidden to use tickets obtained in resales, and to hand over tickets to people other than visitors registered at time of purchase.
- Visitors who can create a Premium Bandai Account can make reservations.
02 Photography and Filming
- Photography is permitted, but flash photography, and photography in areas where photography and filming are not permitted (areas with the Photography Forbidden mark) are forbidden.
- Do not take pictures or film for commercial purposes.
- Photography using selfie sticks is forbidden. Even in areas where photography is permitted, please refrain from live streaming or other kinds of photography and filming that bother other visitors.
- Tripods and large photography equipment cannot be brought into the museum.
- Visitors should not take pictures that include employee faces.
- We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that your actions remain within the bounds of public order and morals.
03 Eating and Drinking
- In principle, eating and drinking in the museum is forbidden.
- Visitors can bring drinks in PET bottles and water bottles. Alcohol is not allowed.
04 Other Notes
- Do not bring dangerous items or flammable items.
- Wheeled suitcases and large baggage cannot be brought into the museum. Please use the free coin lockers near the museum entrance before entering.
- Pets other than helping dogs are not allowed in the museum.
- Visitors intoxicated with alcohol are not allowed entry.
- Lost items found in the museum will, in principle, be handed to the police.
- Found items that we cannot find the owners for will be disposed of by the museum after 2-3 months.
- Please note that smoking is forbidden in the museum, and that there are no smoking areas.
05 Ensuring all visitors have a pleasant time
- Please do not dirty or break the displayed items or decorations.
- Do not engage in actions that bother other visitors or nearby residents, or that prevent museum operations.
Nuisance Actions and Actions that Prevent Museum Operations
- Business activities, notices, and item distribution not permitted by the company
- Photography events, gatherings, speeches, events and performances not permitted by the company
- Actions that publicize specific governments, religions, ideologies, or beliefs
- Dangerous actions in the museums, such as running around
- Occupying the museum for long periods
- Nuisance actions and violence towards staff
- Other actions that are deemed to be in violation of our Terms of Service
